Story 8: Paranormal? Or just a little boy’s active imagination?

I know a number of people who claim to have experienced odd happenings in their homes or during their travels. I myself have stayed at a hotel known for it’s ghostly activity: The Martha Washington Inn in Abingdon, Virginia. It’s a beautiful old building with luxurious rooms outfitted with many period pieces; the sort of place one might expect to host spirits from long ago. Sadly, or perhaps thankfully, I did not experience anything creepy during my stay.
